1. Consultation: We start with a chat to discuss your project goals, desired style, deliverables, and pick-up/delivery preferences. 2. Quotation: After the consultation, we'll review the details and send you a quote within 24 hours. This includes a shot list, project cost, and turnaround time. 3. Product Delivery: Based on your choice, you can either drop off your products at our RAK studio or schedule a pick-up (currently available for UAE customers only). 4. Shoot Day: When products arrive at our studio we will set up a shoot day. On the shoot day you can be involved in the shoot as little or as much as you like. 5. Retouching & Payment: After the shoot, you'll receive an invoice and we'll begin retouching your images (3 days to a week, depending on complexity). Make your payment while we work on your images. Once payment is received, we'll provide a download link for your retouched images. 6. Revisions: We offer a 10-day window for revision requests after image delivery. We'll address any concerns you may have on retouching.

We offer two convenient options: Pick-up and return (UAE only): For our UAE customers, we can arrange pick-up of your products from your location and return them after the photoshoot is complete. Let us know during the consultation and we'll schedule a pick-up time that works for you. A shipping fee will be included in your quote. Drop-off or ship to our RAK studio: You can deliver your products directly to our studio in Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) or use a major shipping provider of your choice. Packing Tips: To ensure your products arrive safely at our studio, please pack them securely using appropriate padding and sturdy boxes. We cannot be held liable for damage caused during shipping if improper packing materials are used.

Our typical project completion time is around 7 working days after the shoot, though this may vary depending on project size and retouching needs. We'll estimate when you can expect final images during the shoot scheduling. We offer a Quick Turnaround service for an additional fee, delivering your retouched images within 72 hours after the shoot. However, this service may not be available for all projects due to complexity. During your consultation, we'll discuss realistic timelines based on your project size and desired turnaround time.

You can absolutely be involved in the shoot. We love to work together to get the best possible images for you. Here are different ways that you can get involved and approve your images: 1. Pre-approve: Based on consultation, detailed brief, or mood board, we'll capture images that match your vision. We'll then send you a final contact sheet for your easy review after the shoot. 2. Real-Time Email/WhatsApp Approval: We'll send you each prepared image throughout the day via email or WhatsApp for your approval before moving on. This method works best for highly styled photos. Tip: Schedule a dedicated day for this to ensure prompt replies. 3. Virtual Photoshoot: We'll share your shoot live with you via Google Meet's screen sharing. You'll see images appear in real-time and you can providing audio feedback.
